A.J. Bess is a singer/songwriter from San Diego, CA. Beginning at age 16; he has performed with several bands and artists from all over the country. He moved back to California in 2007 and formed the instrumental band; The Science of Sleep in 2009 with his brother Kevin Hall. The duo recorded their one and only album; Until it Thunders with producer Derrick Streibig in 2010. The brothers later formed the band; The Serious Moonlight, and after completing work on their EP in 2014, began performing locally in San Diego.
